I did this back when the AUD was 10% higher than the USD, so I guess effectively my VOA costs me $32 odd a time now.
Of course you could offset this against interest lost on money in the drawer.....but that's nothing nowadays anyway.
I picked up a few G at that rate as I am constantly too and fro.
