dressed perfectly for the occasion of course, a Chinese family were sitting at one of the tables towards the front.
They had waited some time for a meal to come, but eventually it arrived.
Unfortunately, as they were about to tuck in, a wave broke against the structure and they, and their meals were obliterated.
Around the rest of the place, umbrellas were being issued to counter spray and sometimes heavier water breaking over the dining areas.
There were more umbrellas than "selfie sticks" although it was a close contest.
It's a unique location and worth a look.
However, for me it's a case of "been there, done that", and unless dragged there by one of my countless admirers, I won't be back.
