Eggs, lightly turned with crispy bacon, tomato and potato.
Toast with butter and jam and Balinese coffee to follow.
Of course the meal was greatly enhanced by the outlook across Kuta Beach, watching the beach traders setting up for another busy day on one of the most famous beaches in the world.
