But the only shoes I had in Bali were bright coloured Nike running shoes so I wore thongs, shorts (not boardshorts) and a tee-shirt (no collar) and wasn't even looked at twice. There was a wide rang of outfits from very casual, even singlets in some cases up to slacks and shirts.

Their official dress code is:
Smart attire; no singlets or boardshorts, and no alcohol-branded attire
