We went with Air Asia last year and they have a provision on your booking form and under "manage my booking" to select wheelchair assistance. It is then included in your printed itinerary but you probably need to point it out to staff when checking in at airport. The service was most impressive .. we had to descend stairs on arrival but we're met at the foot thereof and escorted to bus, wheeled thru everything , waited for luggage, wheeled out to taxi stand a put in cab. Fantastic service. On the return we were picked up at checkin, taken to departure lounge, collected just prior to embarkation, taken down in elevator to bus, wheeled to foot of stairs. Can't praise them enough.
