Used a voucher and no problems it was all smooth sailing had no problems booking dates we wanted and everything included in voucher was honoured.
I did chech out reviews on accomodation before purchasing they where mixed from terrible to fantastic but when we checked in they exceeded expectation .
There are reviews on scoopon travel vouchers on a few sites and it seems if you have problems they can be hard to resolve .
But from my experience I would purchase again.
