but seriously, sunrise is every bit as good as sunset, and that which goes in between is not so bad either!
At the moment at that time around 6am the tide is out and there is a 50 meter wide wet flat to walk or jog on.
Always something interesting to see and untroubled by anyone or anything else.
A time for contemplation and planning the day.
