It's a nice idea but I have tried to cut down on the toiletries bag knowing I can buy most there and still couldn't do without more basic liquids than the regulations allow. Even eczema cream counts, and I need my stop itch. You're going to need 1 checkin piece. If you fill it with stuff you no longer need you will always find someone who could use it, it is a great way to recycle.
