Have also flown with them many times,apart from departure time changes I have never had a problem with them. I do prefer AA to Jetstar. Price wise they are great if you catch the sales,fortunately for me I am not restricted with when I go to Bali so I always find a good bargin. My next flight is on the 4th of March,looking forward to it.
