I went to a wedding at Cocoon last October which was nice. It was held upstairs in a private area that overlooked the beach.
I've seen many weddings held at Bali Garden while staying there and saw about 6 at Mandira in 10 nights. They all looked good. Very open and capable of hosting a lot more people than Cocoon though.
