if that statement is correct as it was previously announced it was the Indonesian end that hadn't given permission and this is the first mention I have seen of a problem on the Australian end.
Indonesia says the ill fated flight didn't have permission to fly on Sunday but Singapore said it had permission to fly in 7 days per week from them.
