I am afraid that JT and his anti AA rants show him for what he is. No qualifications but an EXPERT - X is the unknown quantity and a spurt is a drip under pressure.
Flying AA in 27 sleeps and not a worry. Have flown Qantas, J*, Garuda, Sampatti, Merpatti , Virgin and Cathay Pacific to and from Bali. AA is Very close to the top but what you pay for is tops.
No mention of Garuda that crashed at Lombok yesterday in his report.
