Last night we ate at de'o warong with is the first in a new group(approx6 months old) between the turtle thingy on kuta beach and the BGH. Awesome chicken satay with really nice hot sauce and my sister had a soup, two Icey cold lemon drinks for $8.50.
Up early...well almost dragged out of bed by my much younger,fitter skinny,blond sister for the 6am walk along the beach front ......once you get into it ,it is a lovely way to start the day.
Kuta Beach was clean and the sky's clear.
After a well earned breaky, off to pick up a watch from Bagus that was repaired for $5, awesome watches, then of to Denpasar to have jewellery repaired and new stuff made.
Afternoon spent at an awesome venue Headquaters which is an infinity pool, bar/restaurant located along the beach path again just near the turtle place, For $1.50 you get a towel and use of the beautiful pool, bintangs 100 rph for a bucket of 5 food very reasonably price with the taxes included. Barry the manager came out and spoke to afew of us in the later afternoon inquiring about our experience, all I can say is that we will be back for lunch tomorrow ,why would you pay $5 to $7 for a chair on the beach, especially with all that sand, just me,just saying, when for $1.50 you get service a chair,pool,towel and million dollar views.
