Mate - you thought about grabbing yourself a nice big fillet at home and having it cryovacced !!!
I did that last time we stayed at a villa - got a nice 3.5kg whole fillet - got it pretty cold at home and wrapped in alfoil and beach towel - soon as i got to villa put it in the fridge !
