Yes we also had a good experience when arriving into Bali. 8 VOA counters open and we just walked up to the first one we saw. Paid and then straight up to an immigration counter. The sign says " one at a time" and when we both walked up to the counter together, he snarled "one at a time!". Ok, welcome to Bali. Then to the luggage carousel to collect the bags. This took over 20 minutes to get the luggage as none of the carousel's were marked as to which flight they were servicing. Back and fro to two different carousel's before we got our bags. All up, apart from the luggage, a quick entry into Bali.
