If it is too hot, I would get the drivers at hotel to take me there for 30,000 rp(not $40,000 or more) one way and then hail a blue taxi or any taxi with meter for return trip and it is about 10,000 to go back.... or walk along beach walk in shade and cut thru at sands, if only going to Mona Lisa area, if further get a taxi and stay cool. or ride a bike along beach and get fit... lol
