However in the case of Bali and Thailand the amount of revenue they are likely to receive will far out way the amount they will need to actaully need to spend.
If they provided an exemption for those with proof of travel insurance then it would have more legitimacy in the eyes of tourists.
But like others it will not stop me from visiting their country which of course they know.
