in Padma Utara. After so many trips and so many warnings to others I made the mistake yesterday of changing money with this guy. Fortunately realised within minutes that I had been dudded $200 and went back with a staff member from our hotel as well as a local businessman. Fortunately the creeps were still at the shop and after a short conversation returned my money. Best place to change money in the area is at Circle K.
The place I used was a t-shirt shop next to the leather shop (crazy I know)
