The boss won't divulge who "Ruth" is or where her agency is - because she knows that I'll call them. I just couldnt believe what I was hearing. Oh well, if the boss wants to book through Ruth - all the power to her.... I just wonder how much the boss has been ripped off in the past - with Ruths "unwavering reputation and knowledge"!
