it is across the road and up a bit from carefore. It is the cheapest shopping I have ever done in Bali and that leaves me plenty of time to just sit back and relax with a good book. Kids shorts and Tshirts are about $1.20 each for up to size 5. Bigger tshirts are not much more. They also have nicknacks of all descriptions.You may not see many westerners there but do not worry they will gladly still take you money
