stayed there for 2 weeks in March and tried to have treatments during that time but they kept telling us that they were booked out. They have an outside spa as well and there was never anybody in it but it was the same story - sorry all booked out!!!!! We finished up going down the road to Febris Hotel Spa which was lovely. Also across the road from BGH there is a little spa called Green Tea and they do great foot and leg massages, hair creme baths etc really cheap but not nasty.
Further up in Melasti St is a great spa called PIPS which is Australian owned and doing a roaring trade. Lovely massage and body scrubs, deluxe facials etc.
