We're in Ubud now and the Galangun holiday is tomorrow. Just letting everyone know who's either here or planning come here around this time of year that almost all of the shops will be closed - apparently some restaurants will be open, but it's going to be a very quiet day. although tourists can still go out, unlike Nyepi.
Everything does look festive with huge bamboo and cane pinions hanging over the streets everywhere.
