We do have insurance.

Virgin decided that they would charge us a full fare plus $80 for a change of flight. We have lodged a complaint. We could understand if the flight was full but it wasn't. We shall see what they say first.

We were able to cancel a few places without fees. Harmony Villas on Lembongan were awesome about it, they are very compassionate people.

Another place said that they would have to charge us anyway but they have not done it yet.
So at the moment we are just waiting to see what the damage is first.
