the main pool was down in May, that probably didn't help with your bad experience, you should have been offered a free buffet meal every night during your stay to make up for the inconvenience, I can only speak truthfully about my experience there and everyone I have met there over the past 10 years, it has all been positive for me, shame it wasn't the same for you, I hope you told them if you weren't happy and what your problem was, I am sure they would have tried to help you and make your stay pleasant, that is the only way they learn.
