That doesn't sound too good Denise! Guess it just goes to show that everyone's experiences are different. As I said we have stayed a few times and have not had any problems, it's not the Taj Mahal but it suits our needs. We stayed at the Mandira in May and paid around $200 per night and in all our travels in Bali it was one of the worst experiences we have had yet others rave about it. Guess choosing somewhere can be a bit hit or miss!!
