Hi, I can personally recommend Johnny Andrean at Discovery Plaza, Tuban.
I had seen lots of posts about this salon and on my last visit I went along. I had a cream hair bath, a Loreal treatment, my hair cut and blow dry all for around $A12. Can't really beat that. Very happy with the hair cut. Do a search on the archive and you will see lots of comments.
