The detail from the NOTAM is:
OCT 05 0430-1045, 1300-1430, 1700-1830 AND
OCT 07 0205-0720, 1300-1430
DEP/ARR ACFT ARE EXP DLA DUE TO VIP MOV
You've got to add 8hrs to these times as they are GMT. Anyway from what I read here, delays are expected but there doesn't seem to be any announcement about the airport actually being closed. Sorry if I gave anyone a heart attack, I just wanted to let you all know asap and didnt check the fine print.
