As from about 4 weeks ago there was a post I think from GaryD about AA changing the allowances. I went to the link and it was right.
They are getting rid of the 15kg, & 35kg and if you booked before a 31-8-13 you were automatically upgraded to the next. In your case your 25kg would become remain the same. Came back since the change and all went through OK.
Going again soon and booked 15kg each way months ago and now get 20kg.
