My family took me up to the hills for a birthday lunch. Can't remember the place but there are a few. Nice and cool with spectacular views. Food was ok, but it was the whole outing which I really enjoyed as it included travelling through some great scenery on the way.
Then maybe one of those romantic dinners on the coast as others suggested.
