I've used them quite a few times over the years and everything was fine. The service over the last few times has deteriorated - agent doesn't ring back, when you finally speak to them you're obviously wasting their time etc. In the end I got details of their airfares and Flight Centre matched it.
But as far as are they dodgy? No, not last time I used them.
