Unfortunately I don't think you can guarantee you'll get real spirits anywhere in Bali. I have ordered Baileys liquor in a couple of reputable restaurants and been given what I believe to be possibly Bali Moon instead. It didn't cause me any health problems but when I questioned it they insisted it was genuine baileys and showed me the bottle. I know it wasn't genuine so I believe they definately substitute cheaper alcohol in the brand name bottles.
