I also agree, clothing is hit and miss wherever you shop. I have some fantastic quality clothes from Ketuts and I have had some poor quality. One thing I do now is inspect each item rather than try one on then get another 5 the same size without opening the packet.
How to get there: From the Jayakarta, jump on the back of a scooter and ask to be taken to Garlic Lane (Bali name Jl. Sahadewa) and it's the 2nd last lane (gang) on the left hand side, look up at gang (street) signs and you'll see them counting down, you need to go down gang number 2. A few shops (maybe 3 or so) on the left hand side. Look up for the shop sign, it says Ketuts you will get harassed by other shops on the way as they know where you're going..
