Duck, it's not crispy but absolutely delicious and just falls off the bone. The whole slow cooked smoked duck is part of a feast of about five dishes which the wife and I never thought we would get through but demolished the lot. You have to pre-order the day before.
If you into tradtional Balinese food this place is a must. Reviewed it on tripadvisor with photos.
