my daughter did the Bali dolphins last year in November & we found that they where not great at getting back via email. They had received the emails & said that they had responded but we did not get their response the best thing was to ring them direct that way we got an answer right away.. It was a great experience & a highlight of her trip. My daughter was bitten by sea lice (this happened twice as she had been the previous year) No one else was bitten. She came out in big welts & ended up going to the doctor back home to get medication to clear it up. Maybe worth googling & packing something to treat sealice bites (which apparently are jellyfish spawn & not actually lice) just in case :)
