Only available on Garuda, you pay after you check your bags, there's a payment kiosk on the left hand side at the end of the check in counters, a few hours before you arrive in Bali an immigration officer will come through the plane and stamp your passport, he gives you a card that you hand in when you go through immigration, you do not have to line up as there is a special lane, you still have to complete your customs forms and go through customs after you collect you bags.Much better than having to buy Visa and then go through with the rest of the cattle.
