Duty free with Jetstar

Can I buy my duty free in Denpasar airport if I'm flying to Perth with Jetstar? I usually fly Air Asia and the duty free shop delivers to the departure lounge but I'm sure a few years ago they couldn't do this because we were flying Jetstar. Just wondering if it's changed otherwise we'll pre order in Perth. Also if its still the case does it apply to perfume also?
