A 211b visa is 60day visa, if you applied for social visa (sosbud) you would have the name of your sponsor on it & can extend past the 60days to 180 days. You can only apply for a 211 visa outside of indonesia. You must enter Indonesia before the expire date or you will need to apply for a new visa.
