I was unfortunate enough to go to Senggigi on Marina Srikandi on launch day. The boat was overbooked, the walkways between the ever so small seats were very narrow (not good in the event of an emergency), there was no water served on board, the air conditioning broke down, the boat was late leaving, there was no safety demonstration....need i say more?
I prefer a fast boat such as Blue Water Express or Gili Gili Fast Boat. Both of these companies i have found to be reliable and safe.
They both leave from Serangan (close to Sanur) and take 2.5 hours to Gili Trawangan.
