the expiry date of June 17 is 90 days from the day it was actually issued. All it means is that you have to enter Indonesia within 90 of the issue of the visa.
The 60 day visa starts from the day you get here. If your 60 day visa is the 211 "B" it is then extendable for up to a total stay of 6 months.
