Driver/tours with baby

Travelling with a 1yo is it easier to hire a driver (been looking online at bali baby hire) do i book through them online tours we want to do or do we hire someone when we get there? Cause would need a car seat.

Any tours anyone recommends?

Staying in kurta south.

Also does anyone know if there us an age restriction for elephant rides? Thought 1yo may be too young?
