Yes, I've heard of the Komaneka. I did a walk through once and it looked really nice.
It's perfectly acceptable to name a restaurant or hotel that you like, even one that you don't like (although TripAdvisor would be better for that).
Not quite sure why your previous question was rejected. The only time I can think of is if you were to name another poster for something they may have allegedly done or said...maybe.
Sometimes the lines are a bit blurred.
