I have never had a problem purchasing a ticket for taksis at the airport. Whatever the advertised price is that is what you pay, just be aware of porters offering to help you to your taksi, your driver should do that for you. It is always advisable to have 10,000rp to give as a tip. Around 60,000rp maybe a little more is more than enough from airport to Seminyak. Of course it depends on what part of Seminyak you are going, main area no problem.
