Blue point should not be too crowded this time of year, I take it you will spend a few hours there included in the price is lunch, one drink, swim and pool towel.
I could spend a few hours just sitting in the restaurant there looking out to the magnificent ocean. Only a few stairs but nothing to worry about. The infinity pool is awesome. Would your mother swim there? Would not recommend your mother walk down to the cave though. Lots of stairs .
Rock bar, is a long way to walk through the hotel grounds to get to the lift that takes you down the cliff to the Rock Bar. It is spectacular for sunset drinks , very pricey and can get quite stifling down there if there is not a breeze. The hotel grounds are lovely to stroll through if not too much for your mother.
Lucky you being able to holiday with your mother. My mother is 85 and confined to her house. Have a wonderful day what ever you decide. I enjoyed both
