Back last night and found most of the cabs were using the meter but some were asking set prices and whinging about making no money. One bloke near our resort was asking 50,000rp to go to Discovery Mall from Wana Segara in Tuban. I noticed he didn,t get much work. Bali Taxi was the worst offender.
