I have bought a couple of pairs over there before. Both times cost me about 100 bucks. They were DKNY and CK frames.

What I find here in Oz is, if you're in a specific medical fund, specsavers does the no gap thingy which ends up costing you nothing or minimal depending on your purchase.

I just purchased two pair, 1 normal reading and one sunglasses reading. All I added was anti glare and it ended up costing me $19.50.

I guess it just depends on what you want to do.

Optik Seis in Kuta square is where I got mine and the next time in a place in Centro.

Cheers

Lisa
