We have been using 1cover for the last few trips (used to use covermore but they are more expensive) but fortunately have never had to make a claim but have read here in the past people that have made claims have never had any problems with them. I have checked out their PDS and their cover is really good including a few things that others did not seem to cover i.e if you get stuck overseas due to cancellations, sickness etc they cover the cost of your pets having to stay in a kennel which I could not see many others offering.
