Alas only a few days left of our trip but on the bright side......what am I thinking, there is no bright side to leaving Bali!
Post nyepi day did the beach markets at Kuta beach which was same same but different from walking the street but did have 2 girls try to pickpocket my wallet but being extra sensitive to having my butt touched was able to stop it lol. Played with some local kids on the beach but my soccer skills were nonexistant due to my knee,that and a severe lack of ability.
The cook and I adjourned to the Boardwalk for lunch with the sons g/f's.had a swim and was going home when the girls decided they needed to do more shopping,how unusual. Clutching my knee I waved them goodbye and continued my aquatic exerises. I wonder how fit you can get raising your hand for a bintang? Met some nice people ad had a great time. By the time the girls returned I should have had arms like popeye but obviously more exercise needed. Dinner at Boardwalk then took my sunburnt body home for early night.
Thursday the 6 of us went to Nusa Dua for watersport dayj, jetski banana boat and waveboarding.Paid 2mill for 20 minutes on each,gteat time although I couldn't convince the cook to parasail,even tho I told her 90 minutes in the air wouldn't seem long haha.
Headed to Ulawattu? for lunch kids swam but to many steps for my knee,very nice scenery but for the young and fit. Girls wanted to see monkeys so off to Monkey Palace cheap entry 20 k each and off we went with a guide, walked the entire complex and got some great photos with the monkeys and views, really enjoyable cheap attraction nd guide very helpful. Took nearly 2000 photos for the day so lots of editing to do. We were going to Jimbaran Bay for dinner but cloudcover and we were all beat meant home was the way to go but will be back on Friday evening.
Ok gotta go shower and get the crew up and out there for more.Love the abuse I get from waking them all up,yeehaa talk soon cheers
