Hi I just got back & I have to agree, we were disgusted with our first room, we had a deluxe room by the pool, I totally get that Bali standards are different but it was awful. We had 3 small children so it was important for us to have clean bathroom, it was filthy. Our room did smell it was so bad I woke up in the night with a headache. we requested to be moved rooms in which they did, the second room was much better with no smell, I then got them to clean the bathroom again, I also stripped all bedding, including materess protector, blankets, pillow cases. They washed it all for us & were so helpful. We enjoyed our stay here after this but wouldn't stay there again.
