There's way too many variables to be able to tell you "how much" they'll cost.
I paid around $450 for a pair of multi focals in October but that was with Hugo Boss frames, not picking the ones on special, and I paid for the better of the two types of multi focals they offered.
I've paid around $100-ish in the past for Dior framed reading glasses but that was picking frames that were on sale, no extra coatings, nothing special with the prescription etc. And that was a couple of years ago.
My dad has picked out the budget frames in the past and paid less again.
It's all going to depend what you need in a pair of glasses as to what it will cost. The best thing to do is shop around and get them to quote for you and then decide if it's cheaper here or there for your specific needs.
But having a prescription or getting them to test for you will make no difference at all to the price.
