Just returned from 3 weeks in Bali and thought BTF members might enjoy a video of the Masa Inn Customer Staff awards.
The idea of the awards is to assist in training the Masa Inn staff to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay.
3 sections of the staff (reception, house cleaning and kitchen) competed for prize money in a customer orientated staff awards.
The clip below is of Tom Bali (front) and the staff of house cleaning...listen closely to the music and words.
Those who know me know that I am heavily involved in the hospitality industry and I intend to use this video and another 2 as a tool to assist in training our staff (150) in customer appreciation.
I do realise my name is attached...but what the heck most of you know me anyway:)
